Established client in the defence sector based in central Bristol have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

The role is working full time hours 09.00 - 5.30 pm. The salary on offer is circa £17,000 per annum (depending on experience). You will also receive receive company benefits in addition to your salary.
Office Administrator, working as part of a team of 4, your duties will include office reception, office maintenance, tuckshop maintenance, group purchasing, petty cash processing and reconciliation.
You will also assist with HR maintenance, including, leave tracking and audits, appraisal arrangements and system review meetings and reporting, training system maintenance (including the checklists for starters and leavers, folder/ log maintenance etc) general recruitment assistance, HR Report Production, general health and safety including annual day to day risk assessments such as COSHH and Fire assessments, maintaining the Driving for Work Log, reviewing and replenishing first aid supplies. You will also be assisting the Office Team as appropriate.
You will need to be an enthusiastic, personable candidate who is keen to work as part of a team. If you do have any previous admin experience that would be welcomed but not essential as long as you are willing to learn. You'll need to have good working knowledge of Word and Excel, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive attitude, good attention to detail.
