Contract: 6 months initially

I am working exclusively on behalf of my clients who operate within a range of industries and are providers to some of the largest engineering companies worldwide.They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their growth team.

Responsibilities:

*To generate sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring the administration of customer invoices and all related documentation is processed effectively.

*Responsible for the archiving of sales invoices/job cards and all relevant documentation

*Investigate and resolve sales invoice queries, liaising with customers and the Finance team.

*To tend visitors at reception when necessary, and process incoming calls to the company switchboard.

*Input invoicing and credit data using Excel
