Office Administrator
£18,000 to £22,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

A position has arisen with our client in the Speke area who are seeking an Office Administrator to join the business. The position is to work in a small team and be responsible for day to day administration duties within the offices of a well-established manufacturing company. The opportunity comes with a basic salary of £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. There is also free on-site parking.

The main duties of an Office Administrator are;
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Creating customer records and processing orders
  • Keeping order records up to date
  • Communicating with customers to order changes
  • Producing packaging lists and reports for despatch
  • Organising UK/Exports despatches
  • Providing customers with price guides and lead times
  • Managing stock levels
  • Using excel to produce reports
  • Responding to incoming emails 
  • Liaise with the wider team
  • Filing and faxing
To be considered for the position of Office Administrator you must;
  • Have general administration experience within an office environment
  • Sage experience would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Excellent computer skills including a good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Have strong communication skills
