Job Description

A global organisation based in the heart of Mayfair is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team for an ongoing assignment, with an immediate start date available.

We are looking for a motivated and driven candidate with a background in Office Management and Customer Service, with all round administrative support.

Office Administrator duties:
  • Inbox management
  • Document control and presentation binding
  • Meeting and greeting all guests/visitors to the business
  • Schedule all meetings, managing clashes and prioritising, managing all general administrative requirements
  • Act as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries
  • Ordering stock for the office as required
Skills/ requirements of the successful Office Administrator:
  • Personable, polished and professional
  • Proven office administration experience
  • Talented user of MS Office suite
  • Confident communicator, able to interact at all levels of the business
