Job Description

* Provide a full office administration and payroll service for all employees and management
* Act as the main point of contact for all administration/payroll enquiries
* Ensure Company is Health & Safety compliant, and records are accurately maintained
Payroll and Pension
* Add monthly new starters to payroll and NEST pension
* Manage end-to-end payroll process for two Companies, including processing payroll, RTI submissions, calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, issuing P60’s and P45’s
* Managing auto-enrolment pension
Facilities and Maintenance
* Managing general upkeep and maintenance of Head Office and Supported Living Services, such as: cleaning, pest control, security, AC and heating systems, electrical safety etc.
* Assisting in opening new services by arranging essential facilities, setting up office spaces and ordering items for Supported Living flats such as medication cabinets, beds, and blinds etc.
* Managing company’s fleet of vans (insurance renewal, tax, MOT, Dart and congestion charge accounts
* Working closely with remote IT department, ensuring IT systems are fully operating
* Overseeing effective running of the Head Office, including stationery and supplies order, liaising with landlord, maintaining software/subscription renewals
* First point of contact for visitors, contractors, and suppliers
* Project managing and supervising the maintenance team
Health & Safety
* Organising Fire Risk Assessments, PAT Testing, EICP, ECP certificates and fire extinguisher servicing for the client and Head Office
* Ordering PPE supplies, COVID-19 testing equipment for services regular testing
General Administration
* Providing PA and administrative support to the Managing Director
* Printing, scanning, shredding and other standard administrative duties
* Implementing new procedures and policies for the office
