Job Description

We are looking for two inspirational and passionate Occupational Therapists to support our pupils in our North West London (Ealing) and East London (Stratford) Independent School. The role will support young people to access education and address behavioural needs.
Therapists will work in a family-owned group of Good and Outstanding schools and services for pupils aged 7 to 19 with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) and/or Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are committed to achieving the best outcome for each pupil and their family through access to outstanding education and family support. We provide a sector-leading therapeutic education and pupil leadership curriculum across our two day schools.
Both roles are permanent, term time only + 2 weeks per year.
Therapists will need to;
* Demonstrable success in offering Occupational Therapy Services to children with SEMH/ASC,
* Minimum of 2-3 years’ post qualification experience
* HCPC Registered
* Excellent attention to detail and proactive in proposing improvements to the service
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
* Manage their own caseload whilst working alongside other health and education professionals.
* Be confident in providing timely assessments, therapy sessions and supporting education staff in class.
* One role will include supporting service development and clinical supervision for other therapists.
