This is a friendly care home situated in the village of Harefield in Middlesex. It offers nursing, and nursing dementia care as well as palliative, convalescence, and respite care for its 40 residents. As Registered Home Manager, you will be a role model in everything you do and represent the home professionally. You will be instrumental in the provision of care, and it is desirable that you have experience of a similar position within the care sector. Strong leadership and management qualities are essential, as is a dynamic and flexible approach to the role. You must have or be willing to work towards the Leadership and Management Award. You will utilise your strong creative and marketing skills to proactively promote the home in the local community.
You will be provided with a structured and thorough induction programmed which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the care home/company. You will also be given to opportunity to access training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills – receiving ongoing support from your manager.
