Requirements (Coronavirus) – If offered employment, you must produce evidence that you have either commenced or completed the vaccination programme. If not, you must agree to have both vaccinations before your start date. All staff need to be fully vaccinated by Thursday 11th November 2021 or prove medical exemption.

This is a perfect opportunity to become part of an experienced and compassionate team as a Night Nurse Manager. The company are recognised as a premium care provider in the senior living sector in the UK. They have a current portfolio of 56 care homes, with several new developments in build. As well as luxury buildings, and professional staff, this client pays attention to all other factors to ensure that residents live a fulfilled and as normal life as possible.
This nursing home is based in Harrow, London, and draws residents from diverse ethnic communities across north London who need residential, nursing or respite care. It currently offers support for 150 residents. As a Night Nurse Manager you will ensure the wellbeing of every resident, and make sure all night staff are being supported, administering medication, person centred care and undertake general nursing work as appropriate, always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological and social care needs are met. You will also support staff and team member development, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
You will be provided with a structured and thorough induction programmed which will include various training courses. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the care home/company. You will also be given to opportunity to access training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills – receiving ongoing support from your manager.
