Night Manager - Gatwick Hotel


4 days on and 3 days off

We are currently looking for someone with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of Night Duty Manager for a hotel near Gatwick. The Hotel itself is a charming 16th century farmhouse surrounded by landscaped gardens and tranquil woodlands. It has over 200 guest rooms and is within easy reach of the airport. The Hotel also has a swimming pool, Bar and Restaurant and can also hold meeting and events such as weddings.

Night Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the hotel at night
  • Health & Safety checks
  • Control the switchboard
  • Staff training and development
  • Front office duties such as check-ins/check-outs
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Handover to Management and FOH Staff

Night Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a large hotel
  • Able to manage and motivate a team
  • Computer literate
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
