IMMEDIATE START - Inbound call centre supporting NHS 111 calls

We are seeking for a team of professional, enthusiastic, well-motivated individuals to join the team of Health Advisors, your role will be supporting the provision of the NHS 111 service to thousands of users.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for communication and excellent customer service, someone with that is empathetic and has ability to read accurately from a script.

The Role
· You'll join our inbound customer care team, who are the first point of contact for our callers
· Every day will be different
· You'll speak to a variety of different people, who will be asking you a range of health-related questions.
· You will ask the appropriate questions and give out the relevant guidance where appropriate to support your caller.
· Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by our experience team of trainers.

* Hourly Rate - £8.43ph; 37 hours a week
* Hours of Work - Shift basis between 7:00 & 22:30, 7 days a week
Location - Kirkby Industrial estate - Knowsley Liverpool
