The network coordinator will form part of a small and personable team, responsible for managing a range of clean water pre development enquiries, analysing any requests for new housing developments to connect our clients' to the water network. You will communicate with customers on a daily basis and you will be expected to manage the relationship from start to finish. You will provide a first class customer service experience, keeping them up to date throughout the full process as well as analysing the feasibility and implications of connecting to the water network.

What will this role involve?
Deal with customer enquiries and managing these from inception to completion.
Liaise with various areas of the business in the effective delivery of new infrastructure and new connections.
Answer any queries and questions from customers as well as internal stakeholders.
Manage customer's clean water pre development enquiries from start to finish.
Communicate with key areas of the business to establish network capacity.
Produce new and revised budget estimates for customers.
Develop excellent relationships with customers and ensure that they receive an exceptional experience.
Escalate any necessary queries / actions to managers if required.
What skills are we looking for?
Are you an adaptable and confident candidate who has gained experience managing a range of customer accounts / cases? Do you have confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner? If so, then we may have the ideal job for you working in the UK's largest water and wastewater organisation.
To be considered for this role, you will be organised, meticulous and adaptable in your approach. Ideally, you will be degree educated or equivalent with an engineering/CAD discipline.
Confidence in communicating with internal and external customers and exceptional customer service skills are key for this critical role. You will possess a proactive and solutions based approach to work and have strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is correct and compliant.
Water industry experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
This role is a 6 month maternity cover based in Reading. The hourly rate for the role is £13.31.
