Shift pattern - 4 shift pattern, to include nights and weekends.
In the role as Maintenance Engineer you will;
*Install, restore, repair, improve, maintain plant and equipment in order to achieve optimum performance, while working safely at all times.
*Completion of daily and weekly tasks in a timely manner, adopting an analytical approach to problem solving by using WCM tools, to identify the root cause of failures, along with proposing appropriate corrective/sustaining actions.
*To adhere to all safety policies and regulations, while working within a safe system of work, including Permit to Work, PPE, Working at Height, Risk Assessment, etc.

*Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering discipline
*Experience within a heavy industrialised manufacturing environment is advantageous
*Familiarity with safety requirements e.g. Isolation and Permit's to Work
*Used and interpreted engineering data
*Bench fitting, basic workshop machining
*Sound knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
