Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

*To define, implement and periodically reviews the marketing strategy for the brand, the targeted audience and the markets.
*Ensure achievement of established targets, as defined and agreed with the aligned global sales and global product management strategy.
*Monitor market trends and recommends adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to meet the changing market and competitive landscapes, providing appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making.
*Responsible for the creation, design and implementation of marketing support tools for global sales teams.
*Writes & translates clear and consistent customer orientated value propositions and unique selling points for the product lines.
*Responsible for creating high impact "blueprint" messages for press releases, newsletters, and online/website content. Translates complex and/or technical material into text that is fact-checked and balanced to the audience and business objectives.
*Creates marketing support material including print (catalogues, brochures, product data sheet/flyer etc.), demo materials, power points etc. Works closely with design agencies on concepts, artwork, proofreading, approvals and print.
*For trade shows and customer events work closely with Sales & Marketing Managers (SMM) and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to create creative, high impact product presentations (e.g. real application, game elements).
*Works closely with Global Product Managers (GPM) to define and prepare product launches throughout the regions.
*In coordination with the responsible sales persons builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing key customers, maintains strong relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders. Understands customer needs in the market by visiting customers.
*Ensures the resolution of customer issues and drives continuous improvement.
*Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Essential Requirements:

*Must have previous experience in earthing & lightning industry

*Reliable - does as promises, well organized, exceptional communication and organizational skills.
*Focus on customers - passionate to support and grow sales and knows how to exceed customer expectations.

*Requires a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of marketing / communications experience in a corporate environment or similar.
*Basic Adobe Photoshop/InDesign skills, Quark Express, Photoshop, Illustrator skills, experience with email marketing systems and office tools and other digital platforms.
