Pertemps are delighted to be working with one of its key clients who are recruiting for an experienced Marketing campaign professional to join their growing marketing team in central Reading, Berkshire.

The successful candidate will implement core marketing communications, working as part of the campaigns team to support the marketing manager to deepen customer relationships, achieve business targets and improve brand perceptions.

This role is for someone who is customer-focused with lots of B2C experience and is creative and capable of delivering multi-channel ATL campaigns. At the heart of this role is the ability to leverage all available channels and resources, to deliver on brand key messages.

The salary for this role is up to £33,000 depending on experience. There is a competitive salary package includes up to 28 days annual leave, generous pension scheme whereby the company will match twice of what you contribute up to 12% company contribution, life insurance of 8 x salary, annual pay review, season ticket loans and loyalty awards for continuous service and much more!

Role duties:

Delivering behavioural change marketing programmes to educate fifteen million customers to help try and change their current habits which can harm the environment and the company network.

Support the execution and delivery of the marketing plans in line with company objectives.

Deliver all aspects of the programme including planning, briefing and working closely with our creative agency; media agency; internal brand and design team; digital team; suppliers; internal stakeholders and customers.

Creation and publication of online and offline marketing materials in line with marketing plans.

Deliver marketing materials to support the wider business to achieve their targets including flood reduction and water efficiency. Ensure strong relationships and deliver an in-house marketing service.

Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure all campaigns are aligned and integrated, overlapping messages where appropriate and leveraging other initiatives, projects and channels where possible.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications outcomes to ensure value for money and inform future activity.

Marketing budget management.

Be flexible in sharing duties as part of the wider Marketing team.

You will be required to work a 36 hour week across Monday to Friday 09:00 and 17:00

Skills required:

This role is for someone who is customer-focused, creative and capable of delivering multi-channel ATL campaigns.

Ability to leverage all available channels and resources, to deliver on brand key messages.

Degree educated with good relevant experience in marketing and communications gained either client or agency side.

You will need plenty of initiative, commercial focus and be a champion for our customers.

Experience of managing creative and media agencies is essential.

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and strong project management skills.

Metrics driven with strong reporting skills to ensure our communications are effective and achieve the outcomes we need.

Essential skills:

Demonstrable above the line campaign marketing experience.

Worked within a B2C environment.
