Currently representing a company who has shown continued growth year on year and is looking to expand their team! A Marine Engineer is now required, based in Paignton, Devon. A very well established company, with a renown reputation throughout the UK as one of the leading and most technical hydraulic firms. Looking for key guys, key players who want to grow, learn and better themselves, in return they can offer an excellent role with lots of variety and opportunity.
Providing hydraulic equipment to offshore wind farm support operators, as a Marine Engineer your role will be to work with the M.O.D, sailing yachts, ports and harbours and much more! Believing in providing a total service, the team now includes experienced hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic and construction engineers. We also have a massive involvement with the marine industry and commercial fishing vessels
Key Skills & Attributes:
Working knowledge of hydraulic system installations, fault finding jobs and repairing hydraulic equipment in-house or onsite.
Building up hydraulic equipment packages
Working with new products in our range such as winches, bow thrusters, bespoke power packs or bespoke hydraulic packages (just to name a few!)
Experience is desirable in new boat installations
Ideally the right individual will have 5 years or more experience in a similar field
Be able and willing to work away from home up to 2 week at a time
Able to work unsociable hours if the company requires
Motivated and willing to complete a job from start to finish
Engineers are expected to have their own basic hand tools (eg. Spanners, Alan keys), additional tools are provided by the company
Overtime is paid and unlimited hours are available. The right candidate would ideally live within 20 miles of TQ4 or would be willing to relocate, and would have 5+ years' experience in marine hydraulics.

£30K BASIC SUBJECT TO EXPERIENCE + OVERTIME + POSSIBLE STANDBY PAY
£27000 - £30000 per annum
£25000 - £28000 per annum
£40000 - £45000 per annum
