We are recruiting for a Manager of Service Delivery for Essex CRC on an 18 months fixed term contract.
You will manage a team of operational staff to meet contractual delivery requirements and ensure service quality is constantly improving. You will ensure effective and professional management of all offenders under your responsibility, combining rehabilitative approaches and controls to help offenders change their attitudes and behaviours and deliver the punishments of the courts.Package description

The role will be based in Colchester covering North LMC, Harlow and Chelmsford NC
18 months fixed term contractMain responsibilities
You will be a lead for Programme and Rehabilitation Activity Requirements (RAR), our Interventions who will have specific responsibilities for the North locations (Harlow, Colchester and Chelmsford) on delivery of Programmes, and RAR, working with Programme Tutor, Treatment Managers, and Responsible Officer amongst other Interventions responsibilities and performance management duties. The Successful candidate will work closely with the South MSD (Interventions) and the other managers across Essex, and the wider team.Ideal candidate
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, sound judgment, an ability to resolve complex problems and a commitment to valuing diversity and achieving equality.
We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have strong leadership and team building skills. You will need to demonstrate full understanding of probation practice and the associated operational management requirements.About the company
