Shifts – Monday – Friday Double Days (rotating shifts 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 20:00)
Location – Coventry, West Midlands
Salary –Up to £33000
Highly successful automotive tier 1 business based in Coventry. They are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to work in their production facility in Coventry. Building on decades of industry expertise, they use state of the art design and manufacturing facilities to provide World Leading products. There are many opportunities for progression for the right candidates and lots of opportunity for training.
The Maintenance Engineer will be required to perform full strip down and repair on the following: conveyors, robots cells, presses hydraulics, pneumatics, inverter drives etc.
You will undertake a wide range of tasks including planned preventative maintenance and providing efficient response to breakdowns to maintain optimum efficiency. You will also be expected to actively seek improvement opportunities and implement those where possible to further develop the efficient and productivity of the business.
The Successful Maintenance Engineer
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications:
• Must have previous experience working as Maintenance Engineer.
• Must have a recognised electrical or mechanical Level 3 qualification
• Having PLC fault finding skills would be an advantage
