Job Description

My client is currently looking for a temporary logistics administrator to help support them in a busy logistics office. There will be free on site parking, this is a full time role and the pay rate £9. They are looking for the sucessful administrator to start as soon as possible

Logistics administrator duties will include:
  • Inputting of raw material and packaging receipts onto the internal SAP system
  • Prepare daily works order wallets for all production sites
  • Data entry (released) on SAP for production works orders for all sites
  • Works orders data entry on receipts onto SAP system for all production sites
  • POD chasing and checking
  • Department filing
  • Any ad-hoc duties required
 

Logistics administrator Skills:
  • Good level of both written and verbal English as a key job requirement is to communication to all levels within the business
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate – confident in working with Microsoft Office
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good time management 
  • Ability to work under pressure
