Job Description

Pertemps Specialist Division are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator on a Permanent basis for a Law firm based in the West End of Edinburgh’s City Centre.

This is a busy role and requires someone who works with great accuracy and pace to deliver high quality work. The successful candidate will have a hands on attitude and work well as a team as the office is relatively small.

The role is full-time working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

The Role:

  • Answering telephones
  • Meeting and greeting client
  • Co-ordinating paperwork and filing including opening of files
  • Management of inboxes including forwarding urgent correspondence to fee-earners
  • Postal duties
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Typing letters – both copy typing and digital dictation
  • Management of multiple diaries including double checking diary deadlines
Skills required:

  • Excellent Administration skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Accurate and fast typing skills
  • Upbeat and positive approach
  • Good time and task management skills
  • Experience working in a fast pace deadline driven role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office suites
