A tech for good business in Chippenham are building a brand new squad so are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join them on this exciting journey. Despite Coronavirus, they've been focused on a transformational growth agenda this year to deliver long term value for everyone, and you'll be a huge part of that, responsible for delivering development and providing technical capability within the team.
Happy for you to work fully remotely, with the very occasional trip to their Chippenham office.
As well as delivering great code, you'll drive continuous improvement and embed industry best practices across the team. You will work closely with the Technical Architect to improve technical delivery, seeking opportunities to introduce compelling new tech and contributing to the direction and implementation of developer tooling and practices road map. You'll also be willing to share your skills and mentor more junior members within the team
Tech wise, you'll have experience with:
- C# .NET Core
- React (Or similar framework). Typescript.
- Unit Testing
- Agile Processes. Scrum.
- CSS, styling.
