Our client is a well-established Members club in the heart of Surrey, and they are looking for a Lead Chef that can not only run the kitchen but can drive and develop the business. The role is running and managing the day to day operations of the kitchen and team.

A major focus of the role will be to develop new business into the venue from members and non-members and to generate ideas and campaigns to get new business in, such and new daily dishes etc.

This role is to be the main chef in the kitchen and work closely with the clubhouse manager to offer teh right food offering to attract members and non-members.

The kitchen is open Wednesday to Sunday so you get 2 days off, hours are
Wed- Fri 10.30am- 2.30pm and 4.30pm - 9.00pm
Sat 6.30am to 2.30pm and 4.30 - 9pm
Sun 6.30am to 2.30pm

The Detail:
* Hours Wednesday - Sunday Lunch - 45 hours a week.
* £10p/h-£11.50 per hour dep. on experience.
* Ideally should have Food and Hygiene certificate level 3
* Experience in running a small kitchen team.
