Job Description

Randstad Education are currently recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to work on a long term supply basis in partnership with a Good Ofsted Primary School in Bamber Bridge.
We are looking for Level 2 TA's to work as classroom assistants or on a 1:1 basis.
Candidates must have experience of working with children in an educational setting as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, have a good working knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and a range of strategies for classroom control.
You will be required to work in either Year 3 or Year 4, support teachers at a high functioning level and have a proactive approach to moving learning forward.
These full time positions are to start ASAP and have the possibility of continuing through until July 2021.
Key responsibilities:
Keeping up-to-date records of student's progression and learning.
Following set plans to deliver effective lessons.
Ensuring the safeguarding of all pupil's.
Upholding the School's Ethos and Values.
Ensuring your weekly availability is up to date.

Essential requirements:
Relevant qualifications (TA, SEN etc.).
High knowledge of the EYFS /KS1 including phonics.
Classroom experience.
Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference).
