For this position we are looking for a maintenance person with experience in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling, and experience in completing both kitchen and bathroom ripouts and installs. You'll play a vital role in the refurbishment of our kitchen and bathrooms in Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, the Cotswolds and the surrounding areas, and you’ll relish the opportunity to deliver a ‘right first time’ refurbishment and repair service to our customers.
As an experienced multi-skilled engineer, you must be able to undertake high quality work, have plenty of flexibility and excellent communication skills. You will be experienced in the refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, including: carpentry, plumbing, plastering and tiling. You will hold all relevant C&G qualifications, in addition, you’ll also need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, as well as being conversant with relevant and current British Standard approved codes of practice.
We want someone who:
- Is a genuine all-rounder, with strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and plastering trades
- Has plenty of flexibility, as well as a proven ability to diagnose, undertake and complete repairs to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills
- Has an outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision.
You will need to have a full, clean driving licence.
