We are the IIG MooD Group within CACI UK and we are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to join our team in Bristol. 

As part of the Customer Support function, you will join one of our small, fast-paced, agile delivery teams; working on exciting, challenging and interesting projects, to solve real world problems.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Junior Support Analyst’s report to the Managed Service Lead and work closely with a range of other colleagues, from hands on technical staff to Senior Client Director level. For the majority of the time, you will be working from the IIG Mood Offices in Bristol, with a some time spent on customer sites in the South West.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

We are looking for an intelligent, driven and professional graduate with demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment.  We pride ourselves in providing many opportunities to develop and grow within the role and the wider company.

The ideal candidate would have some (not all) of the below:

  • Strong academic background, including a degree (or military equivalent) in a STEM topic.
  • Have strong communication skills, perhaps with some previous customer experience.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
  • Be a strong problem solver and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting all customer needs - this can range from standard support requests to detailed and ongoing support requirements.
  • Supporting internal Account Managers in working with customers.
  • Proactively engaging with customers to ensure they are maximising their productivity through use of MooD software and services.
  • Raise specific software development requirements into the development team.

All applicants need to be eligible for a UK SC security clearance and in some cases a higher clearance will be required.
