JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - WEDDING VENUE - CAMBERLEY

FANTASTIC EVENT CATERING COMPANY

£25K


Recruiting for a strong, passionate and dedicated Junior Sous Chef for an incredible Event Catering Company based at one of their very successful sites near Camberley.


The company provides the finest quality modern cuisine to high-end Weddings at private owned properties around the UK. They use fresh, seasonal produce cooked to the highest standard as well as offering their menu packages also offer their clients bespoke menu options too!


You will have experience in Weddings / Conference & Banqueting to 100+ plated covers, fresh food background.

This role position offers exceptionally good hours with few late nights, an excellent salary and entitlement to the company bonus scheme and opportunities for progression within the company


The successful candidate:
  • Must be self-motivated, have a passion for good food showing skill and creativity in their cooking, remain calm under pressure and be able to work effectively in a small team.
  • Experience in weddings & conferences 100+ covers plated preferred.
  • The position is available immediately with interviews taking place in the next couple of weeks.
  • Exceptionally good hours with very few late nights.
