The hotel is a very popular venue that caters for large C+B events, daily restaurant service, breakfast and private dining.
The position of junior sous chef will be predominately working in the all day grill restaurant. Catering for a high number of guests, preparing and cooking a variety of fresh dishes. You will be expected to lead the team throughout services, train and develop the team, make orders, manage stock levels and bring ideas for new menu creation.
The job is working 45 hours per week, variety of both early and late finishes, straight shifts. You will receive five days off every two weeks and will have a minium of one full weekend off every six weeks.
Staff accommodation can be provided, own transport required for candidates who are not looking to live on site.
