The hotel is a very popular wedding venue that also boasts an award winning restaurant, busy bar menu and leisure facilities.
The position of junior sous chef will be strongly involved with the wedding and events side of the business, catering for large numbers, helping with menu planning, leading the shift and continuously training the team.
The job is working five days per week, shifts vary depending on business needs, usually 6-2pm / 8-4pm or 11:30-10pm. Any weekly hours worked over 50 will be paid as overtime. Benefits include 28 days holiday, free leisure membership, staff meals and hotel discounts.
Live in accommodation can be provided, own transport required if not utilising the accommodation.
