Junior Sous Chef
We are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef in the beautiful Romsey area. An independent small Pub group with various establishments in the South coast which allows you to develop & progress across the company.
You’ll be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients in this busy high end kitchen.
- Full Time, Permanent Contract.
- You will be required to work around 40 hrs per week minimum
- Working a mixture of Shifts on a 5 out of 7 day working week.
- Own transport essential

Being a Junior Sous Chef is a real challenge, so you can count on the full support of the team & management within this great company.
Assisting with the running of the kitchen team through service in a fast paced kitchen environment.
That means you’ll need to be a leader, to guide the junior team through busy lunch & dinner services. You’ll also be a great communicator, calm under pressure, and you’ll be driven by a shared vision of success and a company that will give you the tools to do so.
