Our client is an IVA company and they are looking for an experienced IVA Advisor to join their team in Manchester at their new office. Their well renowned reputation as an industry leading IVA company is growing and they are looking for experienced advisors to earn with them and join in on the journey.

This client is a family ran business, offering solutions to individuals in debt with a customer base of around 10,000 clients.

Benefits include guaranteed bonus for first two months! Live web leads provided - no outbound calling required.

Weekly cash incentives of up to £250 paid in cash every Friday.

2pm Finish on Friday!

No mandatory weekends! Top advisors taking home 3k-5k in commission P/M (60k - 80k OTE.)

You will be responsible for the full sales process from initial client phone calls, identifying eligible customers, and liaising with them to package their cases until submission of their IVA.

About you: Previous experience as a telephone based Debt consultant, focusing on working real-time warm IVA web leads. B2B / B2C outbound sales experience. Good negotiating and closing sales skills. Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner. Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills. Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Self motivated, ambitious and money driven. Flexible working attitude. Uncapped commission (OTE £60k - £80k), and performance based incentives, Health assured Program, a vibrant and enjoyable working environment and structured career development opportunities and training.
