The role:

Autism Unlimited are recruiting for an IT Service Technician to join our expanding charity based in Christchurch.

* Providing 1st line support to staff onsite within our school, adult services and main charity hub

* Day to day system maintenance

* Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability

* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

* Ensuring electrical safety standards are met

* Repairing or replacing damaged hardware

* Installing and upgrading software at the user level

* Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware

* General IT administration for the department including new starter logins, change of permissions

Our Ideal candidate:

* Previous IT experience working within a similar role

* Strong ability to work across all Microsoft packages

* Ability to pick tasks up quickly and efficiently

* Friendly and confident nature

* Driver with access to own vehicle
