The role
As a IT Support Scheduler, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will manage and schedule Incidents, Work Orders, Projects and Resource Requests for the Brize Client Desktop Support Team.
Day to day, you'll ensure all incoming and current work is progressed in a timely manner and in line with Service Level Agreements
Manage and schedule all incoming and current work for the Brize Client Desktop Support Team Ensure incoming tasks are scheduled in a timely manner
Manage workload in line with Service Level Agreements
Minimise aged tickets through effective incident management
Ensure all Analysts are allocated sufficient and appropriate work based on skill set and location
Liaise with the Desktop Support Lead to ensure project work is sufficiently resourced and scheduled appropriately
Essential experience of the IT Support Scheduler,
Experience of working in a Service Delivery environment.
Proven experience of working in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Some basic IT knowledge (full training will be given)
Ability to prioritise tasks based on defined criteria
Experience of working with a Service Management toolset to ensure tickets are logged, updated and closed to agreed SLA's.
This role is based in Brize Norton on site.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS/SC (must be British Nationals) security clearance level for this role.
