The Education Network are working in partnership with this GOOD school in Sheffield who have a great opportunity to work as an English Intervention tutor, to help those pupils who have fallen behind in their studies.

This is a great opportunity to work is a well respected secondary school in Sheffield, to work as part of their learning support team. The role is for a tutor to work with students from year 7 to 11. You’ll be taking not only small groups, but working on a 1:1 basis as well, leading sessions and planning and preparing work that correlates with their work throughout the year.
As a tutor I this school, you’ll have the chance to work as part of a well-run English department and to shadow the permanent teachers, who will be able to share with you their best practice and ideas for planning out engaging sessions.
