Job Description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Intervention Teachers to assist pupils with learning gaps caused by Covid-19. We are working with a number of schools across East Sussex to provide them with the best quality teachers to bring their pupils up to speed with their learning. 

The ideal candidate will have:

A professional attitude at all times with the ability to liaise and communicate with staff and pupils effectively
Excellent behaviour management skills
Experience teaching focused groups core subjects with evidence of raising attainment 
A pastoral approach with the ability to empathise with pupils and their potential struggles
Excellent planning and organisational skills
