Award winning, highly successful National Recruitment organisation has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. Working in the Head office, you will join a very friendly, and supportive team. The office is based close to central Bristol close to all amenities, bus and train links, and operates in a vibrant working environment.
Benefits include a sociable and welcoming working environment, holidays starting at 20 days and rising after 2 year service, auto enrolment pension and other great benefits.
Working hours are full time Monday - Friday.
There is a competitive salary on offer plus excellent bonus.

The Role:
Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant
Your Main Duties:
This is a varied role where you will help develop the on-boarding recruitment process to attract and hire the best talent, from experienced recruitment consultants, to back office support and operations managers.
You will get the opportunity to contribute and input your own ideas into different Talent Acquisition projects, including company branding, recruitment campaigns and ways of improving the on-boarding process, so the role will continue to be varied, exciting and challenging.
- Liaising with team managers on new staff requirements
- Take comprehensive job briefs
- Advertise through a variety of different means to attract new talent
- Source candidates and approach candidates directly
- Run academy days and assessment centres
- Act as a company ambassador at all times in your approach

Ideal Candidate:
You will already be working as a recruitment consultant or resourcer (either in an agency or in an internal function). You will need to have a fair and consistent approach and have a reputation for providing an excellent service. Ideally you will have experience working as a full 360 permanent consultant, as well as internal experience, although experience working as a consultant is most preferred.
You enjoy having a hands on approach and the opportunity to add value at every stage of the candidate journey to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
The ideal candidate needs to be a strong relationship builder, proactive and a multi tasker. You must be able to prioritise and manage high workloads, have excellent attention to detail, be a good communicator and happy in a fast paced environment which is often a challenging environment.
Excellent IT skills are a must, as well as the ability to analyse and interpret information.
