Internal Sales Executive
Neston
£20,000 to £25,000 basic salary plus un-capped commission (£32,000 to £37,000 OTE)

My client in Neston are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their expanding company. Working as part of the Sales team, the Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and developing the current client base. The opportunity is office based and is offered with a basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 and un-capped commission (£32,000 to £37,000 OTE). Hours of work are Monday to Friday (with early finish).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company as there would be scope to progress into management in the near future.

The main duties of an Internal Sales Executive are;
  • Generate sales enquiries from a variety of sources including company database and live sales leads
  • Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship
  • Use a consultative sales approach to fully understand the clients requirements
  • Listen and understand the client's needs to ensure a tailored solution
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Use effective account management to maximise current client spend
  • Identify up/cross sell opportunities
  • Generate additional opportunities through market research
  • Log activity and ensure the database is kept up to date
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
  • B2B sales or B2B account management experience
  • While full industry and product training will be given it would be an advantage have experience selling to the construction sector
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Have an outgoing and friendly personality
