I am looking for an Internal Sales person to join an electrical wholesaler in Gloucester.
We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their strong sales skills to support the growth of business sales.
The role will focus on engaging customers with the aim of gaining new customers and the nurturing of existing.
The successful candidate will be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
A prior electrical understanding would be hugely beneficial but is not essential.
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales person:
" Answering & dealing with incoming calls
" Looking to expand sales with new customers
" Dealing with customers face to face in the office & also via the trade counter when needed
" There will also be office administration within the roll in support of the admin team
" The role would need somebody to learn the systems quickly & be able to build a quick rapport with both existing and new accounts.
" The role is within an extremely busy office where attention to detail is critical.
Requirements to become the Internal Sales person:
" An ability to build strong working relationships to maximise sales opportunities
" Be able to research business leads and convert a sale
" Be commercially minded and have an excellent business acumen
" Be able to plan and priorities time effectively
" Have strong sales focused or Business to Business background
" Have an excellent telephone manner
" Proven sales based background
