Our client is a market leading retailer who due to continued success and increased workload is looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment assistant. This role will be based at the companies head offices in Redditch. You will be supporting the recruitment team liaising with internal contacts. You will be Telephone Screening and short listing candidates for roles in one of their 450 stores and assisting with the recruitment process.

This is a temporary Maternity cover to start immediately but there are other temporary positions available within the team so please APPLY! Starting salary is £9.15 per hour and this is a full time position working 8.45am-5pm Monday to Friday.


Key skills:-

*Highly organised as you will have to multi task and be able to prioritise your own workload
*Confident on the phone - you will need to have previous telephone experience
*Strong IT skills
*Be confident to work in a busy/fast paced environment.
*Good communicator both written and verbal.
*You need to have excellent listening skills

You will be conducting telephone interviews and typing notes whilst on the phone. I am looking for strong customer service people who can provide an outstanding customer service experience at all times. Any experience in a customer service role or with recruitment would be an advantage. These are temporary positions but there could be long term opportunities for the right candidate who is keen to get into recruitment (without sales !!)
