Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate internal communications specialist to join their friendly, hard working and forward-thinking communications team.

What does the role involve?

This is a busy, varied role where you will be responsible for the development and delivery of a wide range internal communications across the whole organisation.

You’ll develop and deliver a clear internal communications plan that supports the delivery of their new and exciting Corporate Plan.

It should come as no surprise there will be a strong focus on colleague engagement, and you’ll work closely with HR and their colleague forum to embed their employer brand.

So what are our client looking for?

You’ll need a professional qualification related to communications, such as a Degree or an Accredited Diploma or be qualified by proven experience. They’d also like you to have recent and relevant experience of working in a similar internal communications role.

You need to be highly organised and be able to spin lots of plates – with experience of running multiple campaigns, and dealing with multiple stakeholders, at any one time.

Being a real people person and a natural collaborator is key, as you’ll need to advise, challenge and influence at all levels.

It goes without saying you’ll need that creative flair, imagination, and innovation, and you’ll be accountable and always striving for excellence.

Social housing experience isn’t necessary either!
