Being first point of contact for the Sales Team. Assisting with sales queries, completion of bids, data capture and report generation. And to provide administrative support to Sales Team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Calendars. Knowledge of CRMs / Microsoft Dynamics desirable but not essential but must be confident working with computers.
Education / Experience;
Knowledge and understanding of current Export Regulations & Paperwork
The role is based in the Gloucester facility; occasional travel may be required to customers, suppliers and other API sites from time to time.
Continuous Improvement, You will have responsibility to make suggestions on Continuous Improvement within the business; expectations are around 4 a year. This responsibility forms part all employees' job description.
It is essential to the role that all candidate must be eligible for security vetting.
