Mission Systems
The Integrated Logistics Support Manager role is based within our Mission Systems business area.

The role
The difference our new Integrated Logistics Support Manager will make
As an Integrated Logistics Support Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be the ILS Lead on a new programme, commencing early in the design phase.
Day to day, you'll lead on the management, design for support, design of the support solution and creation of the in-service support arrangements. This management role will also require you to "roll up your sleeves" and conduct R&M and or Supportability Analysis activities depending on your knowledge and experience. You'll be supported by SQEP from the other ILS disciplines, and you will be required to develop your team.

Essential experience
Experience of In-Service Support of Military equipment
A good knowledge of ILS/IPS requirements at all stages of the lifecycle
A degree and/or Engineering experience equivalent to Level 6 or above
Registration as a Professional Engineer (or working towards)
You must have the ability to obtain SC clearance
