Job Description

New opportunity for a Infrastructure (CIS) Project Supervisor in Central London.


Reporting into Project Manager you will be responsible for a day to day running of the project.


Duties will include:

- developing project plans, design proposals and specifications for infrastructure and hardware
- running projects on switches, servers, copper cabling, fibre cabling and hardware
- working closely with project manager to ensure smooth running of the contract
- managing quotation submissions
- preparing budget costs
- attending staff and client meetings
- supervise sub-contractors
- ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements
- maintaining and keeping records
- ensuring any ad-hoc housekeeping checks are completed on each project
- managing work through to completion and inspect at this stage
- working closely with helpdesk
- developing and maintaining good relationship with client and contractors
- undertaking any additional training


The candidate will have:

- previous experience as a Infrastructure (CIS) Project Supervisor or similar role
- infrastructure, hardware, switches and servers knowledge
- experience with copper cabling and fibre cabling
- knowledge of SCIDA desirable
- knowledge of ECR process
- experience within NEC3 contracts
- IOSH or NEBOSH desirable
- previous SC security clearance desirable
- previous experience working on a government site desirable
- budget management experience up to to £2m



Due to the nature of the role the person will have to go through security clearance therefore the candidate has to be British citizen.
