Our  roles are perfect for experienced Recruitment Consultants or if you have sales experienced within a business to business capacity.

Recruiting at present for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to run a temporaries desk. You will spend 2 days a week onsite with one of our key clients and the other 3 days in the Northampton branch growing and developing a desk so sales, client relationship and candidate relationship building is key.

Driving is ESSENTIAL in this role as you will be based at 2 different sites. Hours are on a weekly rota which consist of 7.30-4.30pm and 9-5.30pm.

Key responsibilities include: 

- Sales & customer service: sales actively, proactively developing new and existing business, visiting clients
- Placing candidates into roles
- Recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
- Relationship building with candidates and clients
- Working to targets, marketing and promotional activities
