Job Description

We are seeking for a team of professional, enthusiastic, well-motivated individuals to join the team of Health Advisors, supporting the provision of the NHS 111 service to thousands of users. We are looking for individuals with a passion for communication and excellent customer service, someone with that is empathic and has ability to read accurately from a script.

The Role
· You'll join our inbound customer care team, who are the first point of contact for our callers
· Every day will be different
· You'll speak to a variety of different people, who will be asking you a range of health-related questions.
· You will ask the appropriate questions and give out the relevant guidance where appropriate to support your caller.
· Full training will be provided, and you will be supported by our experience team of trainers.

* Hourly Rate - £8.43ph; 37 hours a week
* Hours of Work - Shift basis between 7:00 & 22:30, 7 days a week
