My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their growing well established close-knit team based in Leicester.

The Role:
• Deal with a range of Customer queries
• Help and advice customers through inbound calls
• Give accurate information to Customers
• Record data on required systems
• Ensure all procedures, policies and legislations are adhered to
• Help with other duties required by the business
• Maintain accurate data records
• Order processing
• Deal with complaints

The Candidate:
• Experience in Customer service within a Call Centre experience as a Customer Service/Sales Advisor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a busy customer service team
• Be able to deliver exceptional customer service/ Excellent listening skills
• High level of accuracy
• A natural enthusiasm and confidence when speaking to our customers
• Positive can-Do attitude
• Good telephone manner
• Able to work on their own and in a team
• Ability to multi task and used to a faced paced environment
• Problem solving skills and use their own initiative
• IT literate especially Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Resilient
