Inbound Customer Services x 15 - Cheadle, Stockport. Start 30 March. £9.74 p/h.
We are recruiting a team of Inbound Customer Service Advisors to work for this leading insurance and motoring organisation with easily accessible modern offices based in the centre of Cheadle.
The roles involves handling inbound calls from the public who may have broken down in their vehicle and require road recovery in Europe.
Your role will be to listen carefully to the customer and identify the right recovery package for the customer whilst reassuring them during an often anxious time.
To be suitable to apply for these roles you will enjoy offering exceptional customer service, have excellent listening and communication skills.
Good data entry skills are also essential.
You will work 37 hours per week. (7.5 hours per day) during the hours of 08:00 - 20:15 Mon - Fri. You will also be required to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month 09:00 - 17:30 with a day off during the week.
The contract starts on Monday 30th March and interviews will be held in Cheadle w/c 9th of March.
