Then look no further as my client is recruiting for a Customer Contact Agent to join their team. They are a family owned business with family values. They offer excellent staff benefits and great training. They have an exciting opportunity for a customer contact agent to excel in this successful company in their head office in South Bristol.
You will be responsible for delivering professional customer communications (verbal and written) and ensuring customers are helped to achieve their particular objectives when contacting the dealerships. You will provide telephony cover for the business and provide a professional and effective messaging function and provide administration support.
You must have excellent telephone and customer service skills, be confident in operating IT systems, be comfortable working in a busy environment and be equally effective working with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Previous experience of working in a call centre environment would be advantageous, but is not essential and an understanding of, or interest in, the motor industry would be helpful.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 18:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis paid at overtime!
