Blue Arrow are recruiting for Inbound Call Handlers to work in the Retention Department of the UK's No.1 Motoring organisation.
Based in the Stockport/Cheadle area, you will be working full time hours over 5 days. The Company operates 8am-8.15pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays 9am-5.15pm.
You will never be asked to work Sundays!
You will be offered £9.74 per hour, paid training, weekly pay and the chance to progress within this large reputable Company
This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months and has the potential to go permanent
This role will be working in the Retention's Department so you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls from Members who are due to renew their Breakdown cover.
You will follow company processes and procedures and support the organisation through working towards targets
You will provide a high level of customer service; being appreciative and understanding of each Member's needs whilst demonstrating strong product knowledge
You will have training on how to listen closely, ask the right questions and help Members make the right decisions.
Experience as a Call Handler isn't necessary but a Customer Service background is
You should be able to display a friendly, confident manner, with excellent communication skills and a real ability to build a rapport with Members
You will be resilient and always remain positive
Most shifts are between 8am and 8.15pm, you usually get every other Saturday off - and you'll never have to work on a Sunday.
