Minimum 6 months.
As an inbound team member you will be responsible for an integral part of the customers membership journey. Your role will be to provide honest and expert customer service for European Breakdown Cover members, ensuring the right outcome and providing a memorable experience by establishing our new and existing members individual needs.
You will be work within your team and the wider department to provide solutions for members and ensure that everything you do puts the customer first.
Who We Are Looking For:
Experience in a contact centre would be useful, but more important is your determination, your ability to build rapport and deliver world class customer service.

Hours Of Work:
We love to have a work/life balance, so you will never work Sundays with the current roster! You will be required to Full Time work shifts patterns between 08:00-20:15 Monday - Friday, and one in three Saturdays from 09:00-17:15 but with rest days in the week you can still balance your time with friends, family and hobbies.
