Human Resources Coordinator – 6 month fixed term contract

I am currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator based in Tamworth. This role involves providing administrative support within Human Resources, Recruitment and Performance Management. I am looking for someone with high accuracy and attention to detail, planning and organising skills, Microsoft Office & PC Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Written & Verbal Communication Skills

You will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy of information and completion of processes to deadline. This position also includes contact with customers, vendors and employees to investigate/resolve issues as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure time commitments and deadlines are met
• Ensuring accuracy
• Identifying anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve
• Compliance with relevant internal and external standards
• Verify data and complete procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria
• Make decisions relating to procedural checks, including situations where the outcome is not clearly indicated
• Provide feedback on processes and procedures proactively, making recommendations for continuous improvement to senior team members
• Investigate and resolve problems
• Act as the focal point for specific types of resolutions within the department and across other teams
• Makes decisions based on clearly defined criteria and escalates others as appropriate to senior members
• Aligns and gains commitment to actions from the different stakeholders
• Evaluate options, escalate and gain approval for solutions that are outside of established parameters
• Support implementation of corrective actions
• Complete reports accurately in line with deadlines
• Support and research relevant data and collate for analysis and interpretation
• Prepare reports as required including recommendations for areas of improvement
• Input data to company systems
• Ensure accuracy of own and others data and complete checks of system to ensure data integrity is maintained
