Location: Bradford
Salary: To £30k
Type: Fixed Term Contract - Immediate requirement

We are looking for a strong HR Officer used to managing a fast paced 'hands on' ER and Generalist support service to an established blue collar business. This is a fixed term role for 9 months to cover maternity leave.

The main purpose of the role is to provide HR support to all departments. Managing and coordinating HR processes particularly in the area of recruitment, absence management, disciplinary/capability procedures and on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be comfortable in dealing with the 'day to day' people issues in the business as well as managing ER case work. You will be an excellent rapport builder working with key stakeholders across the business and being empowered to give the appropriate advise and guidance to managers' throughout the business.

Working knowledge of blue collar environments is essential. This is an immediate vacancy albeit the appointment will be made on the basis of the person best suited to the skills and experience needed to deliver results.

You will be available for online interviews Wednesday 11th November or Thursday 12th November. For the second stage you will need to visit the site albeit all sensible precautions will be taken to protect you and the company against Covid-19.
